It's brick-and-mortar restaurants vs. mobile food trucks – with some government officials (unconstitutionally) jumping into the fray, usually on the side of the brick-and-mortar folks.
In this interview, Chuck Muth speaks with Bert Gall, senior attorney for the Institute for Justice which has been fighting on the side of the food truck guys for a number of years.
